SMETS machines are like a smart puzzle – balanced for the best possible performance and minimised TCO costs. DNA of all SMETS vehicles is high performance and reliability of the whole design concept. Combination of powerful pumps, engines for powering of truck and pumps, various cleaning heads and other components. SMETS machines are really robust and compact and offer variety of perfectly balanced devices depending on specific needs of airport and road customers.
SMETS cleaning vehicles use premium quality pumps and patented hardened steel nozzles.
SMETS´ surface cleaners use water jetting technology of dispersed droplets of very high speed and dynamics instead of conventional technologies where local highly pressurized water beam might be causing too much stress and impact on road, with much higher risk for damage and loss of surface integrity.
SMETS nozzles rotate extremely fast, much faster than of most of the competitors. At max. speed of 377 km / h (800 mm heads) and at speed of 470 km / h (1000 mm heads). Because of physics and nature of highly dispersed water it makes the technology safer >> causes far LESS STRESS TO ANY SURFACE.
Compact design of SMETS vehicles guarantees:

EXTRAORDINARY PERFORMANCE AND DRIVER´S COMFORT
All SMETS machines provide gentle surface treatment and extraordinary cleaning performance and one of the most comfortable and „driver – friendly” operating ergonomics amongst all cleaning vehicles. SMETS utilizes intelligent driver-friendly control and monitoring system with centralized control by driver in cabin via 12″ color touchscreen.
SMETS ARC 3000 SZ® is at the moment the greatest airport cleaning vehicle in the world with 3000 mm of active „water jetting track”, equipped with huge 420 kW UHWP pump and 39 m³ water tank.
ARC 3400® is the greatest road cleaning vehicle in the world with overall cleaning width of 3400 mm designed by SMETS team for purpose to clean whole speed way lane just in one operation.

ARC0800
Unique blasting kit of SMETS Technology ready for installation on the new sweepers typed KÄRCHER MC250, FAUN TERRAJET or AEBI SCHMIDT SK660. It allows our customers upgrade the sweeper with the ARC 0800® trailer unit to enable the following applications with your sweeper: rubber removal, marking removal, retexturing and deep surface cleaning.
SMETS just combines 2 machines in one in a unique way to allow conventional sweeper start working as a ultra high pressure water blasting machine, with working width of up to 800 mm. SMETS technology is installed in the trailer and between the sweeper axles.
OSC / Oil spillage cleaning machines
SMETS has developed OSC 5000 oil spillage cleaner with regard to rising customer requests in this segment.
OSC 5000® is suitable primarily for racing circuits or municipalities for local cleaning projects such as walking or parking zones for removal of oil, grease and fuel spillage and of any kind of dirt and sludge before they will shorten life span of pavement.
OSC 5000® has adjustable maximum working width of 1200 mm and it works with maximum of 250 bar (optional 300 bar) in speeds of 3 to 80 m / min.
OSC 5000® has become very popular cleaning vehicle because it can very economically and environmental – friendly clean sticky or oily contaminants on various surfaces down to pores.
